Overall History: Born in Indonesia, Rizki's exception curiosity in study let him to go to japan, and study overseas. When he wake up night to do some surfing, he sees many 'guys' 'running' while putting a sticker in his apartment wall. After that, he quickly realize they are Storm Riders, and amazed with their high speed. He quickly gathered information until he meet 'looks promising' information that need some cracked. He crack it, and gained AT Blueprint. He didn't know that what he just cracked is Wind Brigade Secret database. He build the AT, then realize his AT much different than other's AT. At least in model. After much training, and trial-and-error tweak, he suceeded

Extra: Rizki will do almost anything to get what he wants... including victory. However, his love to tweak his AT make him forced to doing parts war, since AT part is extremely expensive. He sometimes goes to Tool Toul Too base just to search a part.
Roleplay Sample:Rizki stare at clock. It's midnight, he think. He quickly use his AT and go out to see some battle, if any. If not.... well, he had no plan about that, but he sure there WILL be battle, and he is right. He see 2 F-Class storm riders battle. Seems like territory battle. He lands at one of nearby building sit down, and start watch the battle. He inspect his AT to make sure it still fast enough to run away. After the battle end, the winner glance at him. Seeing his AT, he thought Rizki is Wind Brigade, and command his grunts to attack him. Realizing this, Rizki quickly run away as fast as he could, yet they aren't stop chasing him. What a bad day, he thought.
