there's a program named openCanvas
its similar to phostoshop... but its free... u can use it if u dont hav photoshop ^^
but ur topic should be at computer art section, shouldnt it?

An Arcobaleno One i Made showing the Pacifers and There Colors Image is a Screencap I took

I Used a Flare on This , looked good but it seems to have done more Harm then I had Expected, The green next to the Yellow pacifer is very much out of place , The Orange Pacifer ( Neer the Back ) along with the Red got alot lighter and Changed colors Now the Red looks More Pink and the Orange more yellow.

I liked the backgrounds alot but i though that the blue background for the sasuke sig made Sasuke too noticeable (unless you were going for that) and the renders you used were really good! where did u get them?

I Render Most of My own i'll admit The Sasuke one Took forever Though Part of the Background I Removed with the Color Selection Tool and Rendered the rest with Paths , but i was hoping for a better turn out the Blue helped with any Rough lines , As for making Sasuke Stand out to much It was hard to avoid.

Ok first Are you using Gimp or PS?
2nd which Background are you refering too

Damn PS killed my computer so Im still using GIMP so my explanation is going to be Anoying it's Really just a Simple Double layer BG what i remember of it is that it was Double black then i blended with Hue (I think) Merged down then added the Orange , It's Very very Basic and Should be simple with PS but the Hard part is Finding the Fractal Brushes so search around.

Ok to Show my progress heres some for Display or if there Unnamed you can use.

These few ( Memories is what im tagging some of my signatures with these days it was Storm style but i like Memories better ) These are Nice just since there more advanced then my Previous still along way off from mastery or evan close to PS quality.
