He was Born in Tokyo and lived with his grand parents after his Mother and father were killed
on his 10th birthday there was a fire that killed his grandparents who had taken care of him. for 3 years he wandered Tokyo begging for food and money. at the age of 13 he was found by a former Tool Toul To who showed him how to ride and work with and fix AT, this gave the boy Hope. for 3 years he train with that man on the 3rd year at the age of 16 he was prepared to find a place for him self in the world, he left only with the word of his teacher
goodbye Anraki Burakyatto (unlucky Blackcat).from here he wander japan looking for a place and fixing ATs for whatever money he chould get.
About 10 months later he was walking by a dark deep looking ally where 3 men with AT were harming a family, he ran in to help taking out the men with ease, and saving a young girl only about 5 years old, it was to late for the mother and father they had been killed by the men , He turned his Back only saying "sorry munaru (moongirl) after the full moon that hung above them. but she followed him and they became like family the girl never spoke but she always continued to follow. it was at this time that he had disided to head back to Tokyo knowing it may be the only place he may find good enough work to keep food on the table for him and the girl.
Extra- Though he has slight riding "Abbility" he is a tuner and thats his Role
RP sample i think? its kinda more of a short scene - Apon the Roof tops sat Anraki (blackCat) gazing into the Darkess of a Deep Dark Blue night sky the Moons rays shining down like the light of the sun, "Biiizzzz" he sat up, He knew it was that sound of a Large Group of ATers neer by
"wait" he wispered to his Sister Munaru , who lay next to him barly awake, she sat up quickly and noded slightly, with that he was off, eyes fixed shut
Jumping across roof tops making no noise but listening to the sounds of the riders he chould hear neer by, Halting on a roof top he look down at the Basketball Field where the Large group of AT were fighting it was not a True Parts war but just a Large scale battle of pointless brute force he was less then intrested to watch but instincts told him somthing was about to happen, as a mother and young boy walk past the mother trying to pull the child along not wanting the child to be in danger
at that moment the yellow ball the child was carrying left his hands and bounched into the field
pulling away from her the boy ran onward to retrive the ball , "Hehe look that there" Bellowed a large man dressed in black and red as he charged in with intention to harm the child. BlackCat seeing the danger as fast and Lightning Took his leave of the roof and jumped into the middle of the battle Grabing the child with his right arm, turning quickly to dodge an incoming punch for the Large Man throwing a kick of his own round housed to the back of the large mans head, The large man whent down
outhers from his group made there move Apon BlackCat jumping high over them he returned the child to the mother "run" he told them, standing once agean he made quick work of two men dodgeing there hits easly and inflict his own being overwelmed he took his leave speeding out of the Basketball field, the remainder of the groups ruffians
Gave chase but he was to Fast for fools like them returning to the roof where his sister lay asleep he sat back down and as if nothing happend he lay asleep soundly.
Umm not sure if that what you wanted more of a short story of a scene that happend

Anraki with eyes Fixed on The Badly dressed Stormrider infront of him "leave Now!, i don't seak a fight" he expresed to the rider, "To Bad Fool uve got one" The rider started, with swinging chain wraped around his fist, He hurled it at Anraki
turning his neck to the side the chain flew past him
with his left Hand Grabing it he pull the rider towards him and with AT spining he kicked into the chest of the rider from that he was down.
