Eh, after like 2 years its fianlly back lol. Its a great manga and anime, it has good fighting and like lots of funny parts. and its back after 2 years of waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh man i've got catch up on hunterxhunter i stopped around chp200
so it probably wont take too long
but anyway for those who dont know anything about this manga its the latest ongoing manga from the creator of yu-yu hakusho but the art style is more reminiscent of dragon ball than yu-yu hakusho but heres a plot summary taken from wikipedia and viz and myself for those who dont know much about the series

Hunters are a special breed, dedicated to tracking down treasures, magical beasts, and even other men. But such pursuits require a license, and less than one in a hundred thousand can pass the grueling qualification exam. Those who do pass gain access to restricted areas, amazing stores of information, and the right to call themselves Hunters.

about a 12-year-old boy named Gon Freecss (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gon_Freecss) and his quest to find his father, Ging Freecss. Gon's discovers that his father was a legendary hunter's, so to find him, Gon decides to follow in his footsteps and become a Hunter to search for clues to his fathers whereabouts.

Never seen the anime so i can't tell you if it is better. It is definintly a good read.

Seriously, completely well thought out. But this sect is dragging on much more than I expected it to be. The fights haven't been very conclusive, but seeing the president of the hunter assoc. past was for me the best part in the entire manga. Now if Tagashi can get motivated enough to create a kick-ass President v.s. King fight i'll follow him though another 2 year hiatus.
