Umm Sora did have the Wind Regalia back then, remember he had them when OSF fought Koga. The only reason why Sora will be able to beat Kiric now is because he has become the six million dollar man. I'm sure the cybernetic legs give him more of an advantage then when he had his human legs. Kiric is the most powerful first gen gravity child but I think the cyber legs nullify that.

The matter of Sleeping Forest vs. Genesis is a very anticipating event for me in Air Gear. Honestly, I want Sleeping Forest to get their ass kicked. I mean just stating the fact that Ringo is the leader is more than enough reason for me to go against Sleeping Forest (even though it's a pretty cool team name XD). I just really don't like Ringo. She always says she Kogasumaru's number 1 supporter while coming out half-naked all the time but she's always against Ikki. I mean I know she's trying to benefit Ikki and all but Ikki can wipe his own ass.

The reason why Ringo fought Ikki was because she realized that he had become strong enough to be a threat to Sleeping Forest. She knew that Kiric would cripple Ikki just like he did with Sora, or even kill him, so she thought that if she fought him and injured him so that he couldn't compete in the tournament then he would be safe. As for why she didn't comfort him after he found out about Sora, she was there in her capacity as Sleeping Forest's leader so she couldn't really comfort him.

1) King with Regalia beat a King level rider.

2) Two of the three strongest guys in this manga, wearing regalia, beat two King-levels, one with regalia. And the regalia wearing guy was a fucking cripple.

3) Main character Immortality stemming from OG self-insert.

4) A king level beat canon fodder shit

5) Mikan could break through Taeko's way inferior Time trick, not Aeon's.

I remember, Bagram made Ikki too fast for Ringo to handle in 1G, so she gave up and went emo. Then when his regalia cracks (no moar sp33d), she owns him. Speed is important. Shiraume beat his ass in the chambers. If he'd been up to speed, things would have been different. Um, Rika was owning the shit out of him too. Lemme see... Ikki's dodge speed gave him an early upper hand vs. Bandou. Yoshitsune's manuverability allowed him to pwn the shit out of Gawain, no ATs necessito. Aeon vs. Gabishi wasn't an easy match for Gabishi, and Aeon did fairly well for having no reggy, considering his battle level was like 88. His speed made an appreciable difference. Movement is important. But once you know how to move... then you need to learn how to pwn. Kazu lacks pwn.

Last time kazu had pwn was like 100 chapters ago, when he speed blitzed Om with brakes on.

Anyways, So who do you think will be the big players of this match?

Now that i think of it, this match HAS to be epic, since this is the highest level of battle we've seen to date, every king/queen needs enough panel time to showcase their skills.

Im really looking forward to seeing ringo, mikan, gabishi and the big guy fight, as well as figuring out who crippled Spit.

On Genesis's side, im hoping Nue has something slightly different from BB, that Orca shows some improvements if he fights (Orca vs. Om would be neat) and of course as a kazutard, the scrub who currently has the flame regalia needs to put up some respectable numbers.

Well so far both sides have team memeber who have lost, Nue and Orca for Genesis and OM and Gabashi (he was ambushed though) for SF (you could include Ringo but she was being all remotional, Ikki cheated-tuning in the middle of a fight, unfair much). Although SF best player appears to be Kiric and Genesis have two best players sora and Nike.

Then it depenends what type of battle they have, does it? I'll lean towards balloon, its A class and there can be violence and choas, and pretty anticlimatic if it was a dash (now theres somewhere where speed counts). Also Balloon will aslo mean team work ^_^

As pointed out many a time Looks like Sora and Ringo are going to clash so I'll guess Kiric and Nike may bumps heads. Gambashi and Nue would be nice as would Om and Orca, that'll leave Mikan and Large fighter (and isn't there another guy in SF with bandages around his head) to take on the unrevealed Genesis people. It probably won't work out like that though.

just in case:

Ringo giving Kururu her number one supporter outfit in 243 pretty much means shes expecting to not make it through or to get very injured, O!G seriously got her set up for a fall there.

Alright here's a question do you think this battle has been overhyped? For some reason I have a feeling that it's not going to be as good as everybody hopes it'll be. There are only two ways this battle can go it can be the best battle in AG or the lamest. There are a lot more ways for OG to screw up this match then to make it great.

I hope he gives us a good show, and doesn't do something stupid like having Simca fight Ringo like all the Simca fanboi's think is going to happen.

So protecting a piece of technology that gives the user control over all AT technology including military weapons is a bad thing? Even Obama said in the wrong hands it can cause a lot of suffering. You just don't hand over a piece of technology like that to any random person. It makes more sense to have a team not allow anybody to get that kind of power then have somebody gain it an use it to become a tyrant.

Kiric helping Koga was the only way for them to advance against Sleipnir. It also makes sense for Kiric to help them because if SF fails to stop Sora they are the only ones left who have a shot at stopping him.

If it was spit back in the day then it would be 50/50 but he wasn't really top class at that battle. And rumble and flame doesn't really look like a good mix, wind and earth however kills all. I would say 20/80.
