HP Virus

There is a virus that only affects HP computers. It's called an AXEL.DAT virus. I don't know how to get rid of it. It constantly creates a file called "AXEL.DAT" under every subdirectory. It also prevents me from access some of my documents... Any help or suggestion? It also killed my Norton Antivirus 2007 edition. I'm never buying it again...

I've already been to this link. I think I know why it didn't work earlier. The virus is within my system restore, so I forgot to trun it off. lemme see if this helps...

or else u could just have used the program called Spybot-Search and destroy.. it helps a lot against such things :)
