I really enjoy this anime. The animation quality is very high and consistent and the story is very enjoyable, characters too. Ranks as one of my current favs

i agree...my friend introduce me to this anime maybe a week or 2 before Otakon, i started watching it and i thought it was awesome, and while i was in Otakon I saw 1 kekkaishi cosplayer

i know it wasnt that good of a picture, we were in line waiting for our numbers to be in the Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 tournament :D

and out of ALL of the people in Otakon he was the only Kekkaishi cosplayer ^^

There is currently 37 episodes that have aired, with 31 of them translated, but it is on break for now and episode 38 will start airing again on october 16th. As for shounen onmyouji, translations take a long time to release. I think a new fansubber has just recently picked it up and is working to finish the 26 episodes.

Midorika: I think they are having problems with the translation of the spells that masahiro and the onmyouji uses. I think that is hte part that takes up the most time because you need a seperate translator for that part.

to not get attached to him in the upcoming episodes and their really mean because it will seem like their building him up to be a permanent character and then they just kill him off

mother *bleep* he was turning into one of my favs too.. I enjoy all characters in kekkaishi though. Even kokuburo has some awesome members, i.e. kaguro

shouldn't this be in a spoiler tag?i felt its better to know ahead of time so you wouldnt feel betrayed in the upcoming episodes and get turned off by the series

Kekkaishi was slow in the beginning, but goes pretty fast towards the end. Overall, it isn't a bad anime.

I think theyve had 3 ending themes and 1 opening. The opening is catchy but I prefer the 2nd ending theme

i like the opening and the first ending but i cant find the first ending anywhere also the latest ending is good but the best song in kekkaishi is the insert song that goes get away from me

but crunchy upload s it super slowly...it was stuck at 36 for i dunnoo how long. T.T But i like the anime; but friend reccomended me and now I'm hooked ^^
The art isn't very fantastic, but the plot rox. Plus some of the monsters are cute. XD
