bleach is the shizzo. yeah the last chapter was pretty good nell has been been upgraded in the black rabbit book and is not on the most annoying characters of all time list anymore. (which includes Lambo[Hitman Reborn], Jar Jar Binks[you should know], and Shinji[neon genesis evangelion])

but yeah its one of the mangaka i look forward to everyweek

That's just like saying is Naruto anime better than the manga, or One Piece anime better than the manga. Bleach anime is an exact copy of the manga. The anime of these 3 shows just have the fast pace action for those who can't really imagine it themselves. I like the manga better, It's ahead and no fillers.

Nell is just awesome, never expected her to turn into a sexy-looking espada. And when she barely came out in the manga a lot of people weren't sure that she was a boy or a girl.

Welcome to most Shounen manga's >_>;; Naruto, One Piece, D.Gray-Man, Hitman REBORN!, etc. The characters will always gain more powers as they see fit. I reccomend a good Seinen manga if you don't want them going all DBZ-ish.

well, I mean overpowering the opponent dbz style. I like naruto because of the strategy behind the fights i.e. shikimaru, sakura/chiyo vs. sasori. Its not all about overpowering them because generally, they cannot beat someone at such a high level and have to find a weakness or opening. BLeach is like, let our swords meet and lets see who wins.....

no they dont actually want her healing ability andin reality she doesnt have one what she can do is manipulate time so she can reverse an object or being to its state at a previous time and aizen suspects she might be able to move time forward andthen he can use it to speed up the time until the Hōgyoku is finished so he can start the winter war early i think

I have been wondering for a while where the Vizards came from, and this explains it a bit. But something that seems strange about this premise; if the Vizards were former captains, and Aizen was still armed with his "Conquer all" mentality, why then, do the Vizards seem to favor aiding Ichigo and company? Could it be that Aizen had everything planned all along from the start in order to weed out some of the captains using Ichigo as bait? And could the Vizards be on Aizen's side?

I'm not sure what chapter this was from, but i believe that he was one of the noble families, or at least a guard of the noble families. When he first showed himself as a shinigami, he had a cloth on his robe that was different form the normal shinigami clothes. Jut an assumption though.

Since he was absent for a whole month, it could be that he spied on the 12th divisions tests, and was only using their tools of hollowification. And regarding why Aizen couldnt turn hollows to arrancar with the technology that turned shinigami to hollows is because the 2 things are completely different.

And Urahara was using the Hogyoku to destroy the wall between hollow and shinigami souls...it wasnt made to cure them in the first place. Thats why it was a gamble.

That is true, But I am getting fed up of the way the writer is repeating the whole scenario's over and over. Someone is kidnapped, They have to be rescued, New powerful enemy, Ichigo somehow defeats them, Newer powerful enemy comes along and Ichigo turns hollow and somehow beats/ And repeat.

Personally I'm totally fed up with the weak plot. So I just turn off my brain and watch Kubo's pretty swordfights. Works pretty well.

The reason why I'm reading Bleach despite it's faults is that I want to see Ishida bitchslapping someone with his pimp bow. And Urahara & Chad are relevant to my interests, too.

So practically, I'm reading it just for those three characters. So this Ichigo shitty hell mode doesn't really interest me one bit. He's such a boring and generic protagonist that it isn't even funny.

I guess what sort of irks me is that mangas such as these get all the fan art interests from talented artist. I mean I have a lot of great ideas and if I had the skill Id so get them done and post them on dA. Like for example there's a surge of Ichigo art in his new form, and i dont deny many of the fanart are just epic in their style, but it comes from such a mediocre source.

Like for instance Id have this Idea where a horned Ichigo would fire their OMFGLOOK-AT-MY-BIG-BLACK-SCARY-BLAST and then in a moment it gets sucked out of the scene! Who do we have? I've never been in it for the story or DBZ fights, but rather the character interaction. Right from the start, I loved the relationship between Ichigo and Rukia and really want to see some more of their complex, intimate moments.

I think the original crew (Ishida, Sado, Orihime, etc) have a lot of depth and I really want to see their backgrounds in greater detail. I love Sado, but these days I find myself struggling to remember why he's even fighting.

Perhaps if the quantity of characters weren't SO enormous, the storyline could be tighter and with a greater focus. At the moment it's just legions and legions of different testosterone guys fighting with very little emotion.

Kubo's drawings are pretty good. Or at least used to be. Now it's just longfaced manfaces. Compare Matsumoto (or what was her name? I'm talking about the titty lady) 160 chapters ago to what she looks now. She looks a lot less feminine. The only expressions Kubo is able to draw are extreme shock, or smugfaced superiority. Also, no backgrounds at all. Bleach art looks really lazy and half-assed. Kubo only excels at designing fabulous outfits. Kubo could be A, but his underperformance gives him a D or E.

Old Naruto would be a B or C, newer is a D (not in vain is he called the coloring book mangaka). OP is OP. You can't really judge it. It looks like an autistic 12 year old drew it. But that's where it's charm lies. With bias, I'd give it a B. The extra points come from Oda not going the "mainstream" route.
