Was the Roaring Regalia that powerful?

I was thinking of it's mechanics, the stronger the opposing wind the more powerful the trick the regalia releases right?

But does that have a limit as to what the rider can handle?

If it was in the hands of a rider who can endure serious shit, then it's probably very very powerful, right?

if u read the manga ull see just how powerfull it is, but it also puts rediculous strain on the user

Although it wont rly matter now as its jsut being used as parts for the new storm regalia...however if this ability of them is retained in the storm they will be like the ultimate AT's eva..no one would stand a chance!
