which of the big three mangas(one piece,bleach,naruto) do you find the best? I like one piece the best!! the the other are ok but one piece is always awesome. :pirate:

Note: The following is my personal opinion, and before you start furiously defending your favorite series, take into account that we are all allowed to have opinions.


Well, personally I'm not particularly fond of any of "the big three", as you put it. However, if I were to rank them, the list would be this:

1) One Piece - decent

Characters are good, plot is alright, nothing really horribly wrong with this one. Doesn't try to take itself too seriously, and is fun to read. The drawings are bad, but in a good way (That doesn't make much sense, but...). I mean, the drawings aren't breathtaking, but they're funny and cartoonish.

2) Bleach - not so good

Shitty characters (save for a few great ones, like Ishida, Chad, Rukia and Urahara), nonexistant plot, NOBODY FUCKING DIES and no backgrounds. Interesting setting, however, and best art of the 'big three'. Combat sequences look good too. And the boobs are HUGE.

3) Naruto - Cancer & AIDS

Shit characters, art deteriorating faster than the body of Solid Snake and plot's a trainwreck. Oh, yeah, did I mention "CRAAAWLIING IIIIN MY SKIIIIIIIIIN, THESE WOOOUUUNDS THEY WIIILL NOT HEAAAALL" Uchiha bawwwfest? Oh, and that the manga looks like a coloring book? And unrealistic power growth? And that sage mode looks Faggy? And that it spawned the cancer-infested meme that is Garuto? More like NarJEWto.

If they renamed Naruto to Might Gai: The Chronicles of a Man's True Essence, it would probably be the best show ever. Alas, that is not the case, and Naruto remains as a deadly disease.

i'm not gonna lie though, (i find) shounen mangas nowadays are pretty much a dump. one piece is mildly cool though.

Hey, I don't consider myself to behave like an anon at /a/. The guys at /a/ are really angry and hate anything popular.

And think about it. I'm a member of a board dedicated to Air Gear, drawn by the King Of Plots himself. Not very /a/-like behavior, right?

At least I can admit that I liked Bleach until Hueco Mundo, and still read it weekly, even though I don't find it especially good. The battles at least look stylish.

And Naruto... Well, for me it stopped being good around the start of part 2. I still read it, hoping it to get better. It didn't. I finally got the balls to drop it 5 weeks ago. That Pain crap was just too much. Call me when team Gai does something.

And I like One Piece.
