It's been a while worth waiting for since Starcraft Brood war. I've heard about it and was devastated by the decision by Blizzard that they had abandoned it. Right now, I can't believe with my two naked eyes that it's coming out soon.

I'm slightly excited. I was never that great in Broodwars so I'll probably get SC2 and let it collect dust.

^ Well that's soon to me. I did look into the previews and yes, it got me all too interested to play it... I'm iching for that game as it's been years of waiting and disappointment.

i found my brood wars the other day and started to play, boy the cg are pretty terrible. i went on b-net and there are still a good amount of people playing, i avoided playing all the korean players cause they're all gangster good and would beat me down oh so fast. i lost a bit of my skillzz due to playing too much wc3 dota and what not but i think itll all come back in time.

Koreans are very good when comes to mmorpg. Anyway, I can see some new cool stuff in this game... I wonder what it does...

When Starcraft II comes out, Korea will undergo an apocalypse. They have a channel, and tournaments for it. There are even fan clubs. Starcraft II will make everyone in Korea piss their pants. Not only that, it'll be outrageous all around the world. I saw the beta, and the terrans that can climb over walls seem pretty useful. God bless Blizzard for once again crippling us from going outside.

ill just get it.. to have it, im just a hopeless Blizzard fan, but warcraft 2 and 3 my fav Blizzard games, i like medieval fantasy more then future ;P anyhow, the strategy game im looking forward too is Universe at war: Earth Assault, its being made by Petroglyph wich is... WESTWOOD UNDERCOVER :D all the original westwood guys ditched EA and made a new studio, so WOHOO and they even got Frank Klepacki back for the music again :D:D:D

I just watched a preview for this game (yeah, I'm kinda slow at this). I'm pretty surprised that Infested Sara Karigan is still alive... or is she? Jim Raynor looked pretty old. It's no wonder since it's been a few years since the time line of the previous prequel of this game.

i personally am not "turn on" by the new starcraft game, mainly because i do not like th ewhole gameplay, it have amazing graphics granted but for it it doesnt really float my boat, Halo 3 does that quite well at the moment =]

When starcraft II is released, I think the Koreans will have a national holiday... and I thought the whole thing with soccer was bad enough! :P

The giant protoss walker things have me interested lol. Not becuz they're cool but becuz it looks like the terrain will be mapped out in full 3d! yay!

Hey thats alright, your more of a fps type person. I love starcraft and brood war. I would rank them one of the best strategy game out there especially since blizzard goes anal about balancing the game. Starcraft II looks great and I can't wait till it comes out. I am especially looking forward to all the UMS maps. (UMS = use map settings)

Loved the original and expansion, though Supreme Commander currently dominates my RTS list.

2 1/2 months since my last post and blizzard still hasn't released any info on the zergs. *shame Blizz shame* Anyone else kinda disappointed that we aren't getting any hybrid races? zerg/toss would have been fun to play.

Gameplay videos make the game units look huge and wc3 like. Does that mean there's no swarm of 100 lings/hydras attacking your base. Video has maybe 15 on a side max. (and i was never good at micro)
