A-T Information: "Unlike" the Flame Road (flames are produced along the road), it freezes anything along it's rider's path to a subzero temperture forming ice crystals (in other words, ice crystals are produced along the road). It uses the Hyperborea Zerodrive core system to fulfil that freezing attacks by freezing the moisture found around the rider (only close contact) for close ranged attack (by using nitrogen based compound) but with a limit (depending on the moisture needed (blood can be used as well) around found around the rider to form those ice crystals). The Exodia System is used to control the temperature of the AT especially when the Hyperborea Zerodrive core is in active mode. Causes damage towards the user's legs due to the freezing effects of the ATs.

Overall History:
Born at Arkham, Miskatonic Valley as he and his twin sister was adopted by the Katsuomori couples whom found them abandoned at the backyard of the city. Despite of the fact that they were adopted, he and Mayu loved their parents as their considered them as their own parents.
He had his early education there as his father worked at the Miskatonic University and have a wide known knowledge on occult and spells . Left for Japan at the age of 12 with his family after his father had a job there. He have a sister, Mayu who is 5 minutes younger than him. He and his twin studied at the Tokyo High School at Omori, Tokyo as his father worked at a technological company, NTT.
When he was 14, he met a girl, Yuki Mikage who happened to be a transfer student. Netherless he knew about her background and he wasn't interested by it at all. They soon became friends and later couples after a few years. He was introduced to AT by her and so he had his first taste for ATs without knowing the fact that she's a storm rider. He had fun riding his AT as he felt the joy of flying and reaching to the sky was his aim. Most of their time, they would ride together at the park. Their happiness was short lived.
On that very night one the winter eve of 2002, as he was walking along the side roads to his house alone. As he walked alittle further, he heard a sound of AT ahead of him. Out of nowhere a rider was given a last blow by another rider and that fallen rider fell onto the ground. Taking that emblem, that rider left the scene. As he was about to leave the scene, something glittering had attracted his attention. As he turned to that fallen rider, he saw a medallion of which he was very familiar of. He ran to that fallen storm rider and was shocked to see who that rider was. Trembled, he fell down to his knees as he put the fallen rider's head upon his arms. Tears began to fall from his eyes and onto Yuki's face. As she opened her eyes, she gave him a smile as she gently caressed his face before she fell back to unconciousness. He rushed her to the hospital as fast as his AT could. Yuki sustained serious injuries and was unconcious for a few months. Later, she passed away with her last word given to him at her death bed. Her death was a fatal blow to him of which he couldn not accept.
Since then, he had a hard time accepting the truth about the real world of ATs and the storm riders. Slowly, he realized that he shouldn't have quited his AT and continued riding them as it was the only connection between him and Yuki. Slowly he started joining battles to gain experiences. Still a beginner to his point of view, he trains his AT skill along at the same place where he used to train with Yuki when she was still alive. Using his blizzard road, he defends his loved ones and at the same time freezes his feelings that he had for her.
After several events, he was back as he used to be with his sister consoling him by his side. Studying at the Tokyo Institute of Technology as a well talented student, he's a storm rider at night, roaming among the mist and darkness that shrouded the concrete jungle, riding his AT.

At the middle of the night as the darkness rules the day, the storm riders roam the city, he stood there by the tower with a gentle glance at the full moon. The wind was cool at that night, as it blew past by him with his medellion of his lost love following the flow of that gentle breeze. The sound of the AT was his melody as he gave the cruel world a cold smile. A flyer came to him and with a swift reaction he caught it. It was an invitaion to a parts war. He whispered a few words to the wind and jumped from the tower as he dances in the air with a joy of flying to the darken sky and to the world of the storm riders.
