I am truely amazed at the talent here.Just a Idea but why not give the first page of each chapter to the graphics genuises before you put it up for download and let them color it in and then post it with the rest of the chapter.It would really show off the talent here and make your scans stand out from all the rest ,you could say it would be like a trade mark of Sora if .Just give the artist you pick 3-? amount of days and give them credit for it in the credits.I cannot draw or color so I might be asking to much but after looking at the stuff posted and the talent ,I wondered if it can be done.Who know who's watching ,maybe someone could get a career from it.

I'm fine with that. But coloring takes longer than just regular cleaning. I don't know if it will fit into our release schedule.

I was not sure how much time it takes to clean and translate a chapter I figured a week or more .How long would it take to color a page could someone give me a idea ?And if it is submited after you post the chapter can you put it with the download then?

Well, the fastest we did was 2 days and the longest was about 2 weeks (since I went on vacation), but then we released 6 chapters in the next 2-3 days.

I think coloring takes around a week or so. Since many artists are perfectionists. Hehe.:p

It took me a couple of hours to color Cho? To do a full page...a day at the most, doing other stuff inbetween...just to give a time frame. ^_^

Hehe, that fast? If you want to color or draw something for our release, please have it ready in 2-4 days. :D I'm looking forward to releasing it.

If you want, you can do multiple drawings.

If you continue to do it, we could offer a promotion. :rolleyes:

we got all of 174 cleaned just not translated xD if joy wants to do it she can come on irc and i can upload the 1st page and toss it to her to color :p

*blush* I figured that was average, I do like three or four a day at work...
Hehe, I was just putting my two scents in, but I wouldn't mind doing something. It be fun. ^_^

The actual drawing part takes while, depending on the mood, if it's something original, but colorings usually doesn't take long.

173 pages? ss didnt release all of them :p doubt well re-release old chapters just to add a colored page, but its a nice addition for new chapters we release

Just release the scans without the colour page first, then release the updated version whenever the colouring is done.

it's not that hard to color if the line art's really good.
plus with neko-chan's skills ^^ you can't miss 'em ^^
*if i ever get to learn more tricks in photoshop, i'll join this coloring stuff :D*

whoa, that's some serious skill...
for naruto and bleach, i'll take at least 2 days...
for air gear it's at least a week of work for me...
(air gear has much more detail compared to naruto or bleach...)
well on the other hand i always find something new to change when i look at the picture again.

if you want to see the fanart of other people, check the air gear gallery.
It's a button up top on the bar with downloads, search, members list and all that stuff.^^

pretty sure he uses photoshop...if someone could color that in paint itd be amazing to say the least lol

sorry for the late reply. freaking exams... yeah i use photoshop... it's a pretty decent software to use...
it may look complicated at first but once you get the basics (which is easy), it's pretty fun to use. there is a problem though.
to be honest i can only using around 40% of photoshop full working capacity...
it's a b!tc# to master photoshop... there is so many filters and combination you can use... that's going to take a while... :)
