Kazeki has a average boy-next-door look with an addition permanent glare, he doesn't mean to glare though, it's just his natural expression. His hair is layered and about mid-neck length, making it anti-gravity like when messy. His fringe is choppy and is down to eyebrow length.
His body is generally fit, due to his basketball and doesn't grow fat due to his high metabolism rate, giving him a slender shape which he hates (aspires to gain muscles). He's fast and has reasonably good reflexes, only when he isn't spacing out. His strength isn't very good but his speed makes up for it.
He has dark gray plastic-rimmed spectacles but dislikes to wear them, rendering him unable to see clearly more than ten meters away. He likes wearing baggy clothing, especially hoodies and jackets, and they're usually in blacks, whites or grays. He wears white shoes with black spray paint on them when (rarely) not wearing his ATs.

At first glance, Kazeki is glaring, but he's really just spacing out. This particular expression makes it difficult for people to approach him and vice versa. Therefore, he doesn't have many friends.
With friends, he's generally easygoing and has a happy-go-lucky mode. He's childish to a point that it's scary to those who only know him by sight. The person belting out a Christmas song in August? Yeah, that's him. However, his friendships don't last past a year as he doesn't bother to keep in touch with them when they move away or just change class.
He also gets angry easily and holds grudges for a very long but doesn't show it. Instead, he acts normally and plans revenge for later, which can come in various ways depending on what the offender did.
Kazeki strongly believes in being unique and studies Psychology (by watching people) just to learn how they react in certain situations and avoid that. He's also trying to develop a split personality just for the heck of it, but he doesn't tell anyone about this so that they would treat him normally.

Overall History.
Kazeki lived his life drifting from one interest to another as he found nothing interesting enough to hold his attention for long. He discovered the joy of AT a only a couple of years after it was released, picking it up after losing interest in his last hobby, which was cycling, finding it too slow no matter how fast he went. As a person afraid of pain, he never attempted any stunts on a bike and his interest in cycling shortened.
After finding a pair of abandoned ATs in school, he went for a trial run but unfortunately, lost control due to his inexperience and fell two stories down a flight of stairs, fracturing his left arm. However in the process, he was thrilled by the speed of the ATs and the first "flight" he experienced.
After that incident, he decided to pick up AT to feel the addictive thrill he felt when riding despite knowing the pain he would need to endure.
His parents do not approve of him picking up AT as they were worried he might get injured again. Kazeki held this in disregard, sneaking out every night to practice AT in various parts of Tokyo and eventually meeting other AT riders.

Kazeki hesiatated. This was only the second time he ever did Air Treck and he already expected to be able to leap over the gates of his school in the dead of night. He shook his head with, laughing at himself. That was impossible.
Releasing the part of the fence he was using as support, he skated away from it and stopped abruptly a few steps away from it. Why was he running away from a challenge? The blood in his head pounded persuasively in his ears in time with his heartbeat. He was fully prepared for this, having gone through great pains to sneak out of the house to train.
Slowly, delibrately, he turned around. The fence shone in the bright moonlight of the full moon, almost as if it was beckoning him to try. Kazeki looked up at the sky hopefully; a blood red moon glowing back at him. He smiled maniacally, showing his incisors. The moon was right, it was a time for madness, a time to try, a time to soar.
Well, that was what he thought, launching himself into a dash. If he had looked around him, he might have noticed the dark figures materializing out of the shadows towards him...
