An Air Gear RPG game?

Hey guys im just wondering if someone would make an Air Gear Rpg game which is text based just like the other rpg games. ex. "theninja-rpg.com" do you think it would be great to have a game which is based on Air Gear? I just want to know what you all think.. :D

Have you ever played any text based RPG games? Uhmm the concept is somewhat the same but with a little twist. For ex. for the battle system it would be turn based if your on a team you'll be representing that team while doing battle and earn points for the team. once the team reaches a certain point they wold earn a turf so on and so forth. those battling for the regalias im still thinking.. it would be great if someone knows how to create a text based game... that would be so cool :D hehe

Wish I could get into text-based RPGS, i ADORE rpg games, but I need graphics, lol. It'd be awesome if an Air Gear game was made, make your own team, customise your AT, start as a n00b and make your way to the top and then I'd get with Simca.

I can start a RPG game on another site hosted by IvisionFree but it would take alot of work to maintain so i would need some volunteers for moderator positions, i have done it before but just not with Air Gear that would be new :p

1.Well it depends, i can make it on another website, or we could put it on these forums. I suggest this in consideration of space XD

2. Then we must appoint appropriate Game Leaders that qualify (i mean active, RPG experience, etc.)

3. Lastly after picking one of the two locations we then have to come together with the game leaders to decide to rules and such.

I enjoy RPG games, and I'm pretty active (maybe a little too much). But I haven't really participated on a RPG based on the forums. I've seen a few and have a general idea. Am I qualified? I can pick-up quite easily too.

Well if your willing to learn more about it and contribute to help create the game then there should be no problem.:D But to be on the safe sidde of your Experience (no offense) i think it woud be better to pick you and another person with RPing skill.

Wouldn't it require us to have some sort of money income? We could use tricks but tricks are more for forum use then RPG use. We'd need a whole new currency for the sub-forums of RPG.

Yes, i was thinking alont the lines of SP and Yen.
Sp would stand for Skill Points, you get them in different situations and use them to increase character stats
Yen would be money used to purchase AT parts and such.

I was thinking about what you have said... about the sp and yen... the thing is how do we get experience and how to learn new tricks that is what Im thinking... how about we buy the tricks that we need to use? for example the spinning wall ride buccha special 1800 costs 10000 yen to learn... what if we do it like that?

Yes it would have to go with a skill points system me and Ayuki are trying to work out >.>, that is the only part that has stuped us:p

I know... to get exp we must train something.. ex. I have an sp of 200 and I want to train my dex which is for evading the attacks of the enemy... I need 200 sp to train for like 10 times and after that my dex will go up for like 10 points as well.. what do you think?

i have experience of rp but only in rl games or msn story telling game :(
but i've read several rulebooks of stuff like that...
i think there should be a skill tree of some sort (yea diablo :D) so u couldnt learn wall riding without learning slideing or sg like that.

the training process should be like by other games... time based: u rewuest ur characters training and u get restrictions till that time ellaspses like, no battling. And for certain skills u should need some special equipment... but for that the founder shoud make the detailed description or map of an AT and what adjustments can u give to it.

Part wars will be one of the simplist parts of the game, it's like gambling AT parts winner takes all loser gets nothing. Same with regelia probably. And yes you have to start out a one chracter but you can form a team in time.
