I know more of N.E.R.D's old skool stuff, not to up to date on the new stuff. I like the old stuff though.

Well the Neptunes were the producer part of the crew, Chad Hugo and Pharrel Williams. Basically doing music for other people, Justin Timberlake, Britney, Snoop, etc etc. Then they wanted to do their own music and N.E.R.D. was born with their friend Shae.

Their first album "In Search Of..." is really good, probably my favorite. It held true to a hip-hop, beat sound with the occasional song outside the normal mold. The second album "Fly or Die" had more of a hardcore rock feel to it, plus this up-beat old school beatles sound as well. The newest album, "Seeing Sounds" to me is a mix of the 1st and 2nd with some pretty different sounds even I haven't heard of lol.

It's all pretty good, definitely worth checking out if you're even the smallest kind of fan. If you ever get a chance to check them out, PM me what you think or hop back to this thread. I'm crazy for music and I'm sure I'd go postal without it in my life. ^^;
