A-T Information: Ryoma's Air Trecks are mainly silver and white in theme, although they don't have much of a custom job, Ryoma has made one major modification; his wheels are mounted on springs with an incredibly high rate of tension. Combined with Ryoma's jumping ability, this gives him an extra spring in his step and allows him to focus on his jump and speed in order to Ride to the fullest. His wheels are pure white with silver streaks, and even the laces are white; the body of the A-Ts are a combination of silver with white designs. In addition, some of the designs have small LEDs in the designs, giving Ryoma's A-Ts a glowing edge.

Hair Colour: Orange-Red
Skin Tone: Lightly Tanned
Height/Weight: 4'6" (137.2 cm) / 72 lbs. (32.65 kg)
Blood-type: AB
Overall Appearance: The first truly noticeable thing about Ryoma is that he's short. Short-short, like less-than-five-feet short. One of the few short Riders. He's really light, too, weighing only a bit more than seventy pounds. While it is true that very many people could easily lift him up, don't underestimate this particular shorty. Ryoma has incredibly penetrating reddish eyes, eyes that seem to absorb everything about a person in one gazing pass of child-like curiosity. Contrary to most normal Riders, Ryoma has no hint of the winning intent that is present in most Riders, instead radiating an aura of child-like innocence and politeness. His posture is very straight and formal when around his superiors, but other wise very relaxed, like the child he is. He tends to fidget when bored, and seems to have ADD, but this is only because he loses interest in things he doesn't have interest in. He possesses no anger and cites no fear or cause for worry in his opponents. Rarely does true enjoyment show on his face, because unless something is interesting, he'll quickly lose interest. However, if something actually becomes lots of fun for him, his face will light up like a Christmas Tree.

Hobbies:

Fears: Claustrophobia, his sister Kohaku Chisato*
Goals: To have fun.
Overall Personality: Ryoma is literally the epitome of politeness, often addressing even the lesser of his superiors as "-sempai" or "-sama." He is very respectful, and it is a rarity to hear anything besides calm, collected, childish thoughtfulness and joy coming from his lips. He almost never uses sarcasm, but rather says what he thinks. This has gotten him into some trouble, but when he causes trouble he is the first to apologize.
He is easily distracted, and he can often be found caught up in a game of shougi or chess, depending on his mood. However, usually he becomes so absorbed with this that he easily loses track of everything else. An example of this is when he was playing chess with another student, when he became so occupied with the game he accidentally addressed his teacher as "pawn-sama." Luckily, the teacher in question found this more amusing than offending, and he was not reprimanded.
In respects to maturity, Ryoma has a childlike level of utter innocence. Ryoma has this problem where everything around him is possibly fun. Note the possibly. He loves things that interest him and could go at it for days on end, but things that don't interest him are dropped within minutes of him trying it.
He revels in trying new things, but only truly enjoys them when he finds them fun. He has been seen coming to classes and practice still half-asleep, but when he starts Riding his eyes light up like Fourth of July fireworks. And, typically, afterwards he can be seen yawning again, as he heads off to the written stuff.
On a side note, he likes moving things. He thinks things that don't move are boring. A windmill that's not moving is nice, but most of the time it's not even worth looking at.
Ryoma is an extremely emotional person and prone to overreacting, which often gets him into trouble. Like a small child, he turns even small things into a huge deal, which he will then rant about for as long as it takes until he's willing to calm down and catch his breath. But he's also a happy-go-lucky character who isn't often upset. This can create its own problems, however...Ryoma is anything but sensitive to the feelings of others and often takes a joke too far. But this does not undermine his generally carefree way of doing things.
He dreams big and often on the spur of the moment. He likes to wander around and do his own thing, which makes the idea of "a free spirit" very applicable to Ryoma. He has been described as "a boy who rarely shows a serious interest in anything." This is generally true, especially given that he has a penchant for goofing around and occasionally causing trouble. But when he is serious about something, it does become that much more significant.
HISTORY
Birthplace: Tokyo
Birthdate: December 25, 1993
Birthtime: 12:00 AM
Parents: Kohaku Tezuka (Father), Kohaku Hisui (Mother)
Siblings: Kohaku Chisato (Sister)*
Overall History: Kohaku Ryoma and Kohaku Chisato were born as fraternal twins to Kohaku Tezuka and Hisui at midnight on the 25th of December, 1993. Both grew up in the same environment, but the difference between the two was astounding, even to their parents. Ryoma and Chisato couldn't have been more different than water and oil. Ryoma was a carefree, innocent, highly immature boy with a lack of interest in most things; Chisato was a mature, devious mind who succeeded in scaring the living daylights out of her brother almost twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
As Ryoma progressed through school, he ended up becoming interested in tennis. But not just tennis; any sport or activity, such as table tennis and volleyball, became a singular passion. Whenever he and his classmates would play these sports, Ryoma was always hailed as the "Feather," because of his natural ability to soar through the air like a bird, executing jumps that would shame a high school athlete. However, he wasn't to strong, so he usually played a defensive game, his uncanny speed coming into play in this as well.
It was during this time that Ryoma discovered Air Treck.
The first time he had gotten one, both Ryoma and Chisato had received them for one of their birthdays from a rich uncle. Ryoma immediately took to the skies, revelling in the true feeling of soaring through the air on the marvelous skates. He made many friends through this hobby; as he approached high school, he often went Riding after classes, taking no interest in the Parts Wars.
As a free agent, Ryoma enjoyed watching the battles and observing the other Riders. His only goal was to have fun and become the best he could be; no loss was big enough to upset him, no setback high enough to stop him from climbing over. He pursued Air Treck with the single-minded passion with which he pursued all things related to sports like tennis. It was obvious that Ryoma belonged outside in the air, soarig to his heart's content. His carefree attitude supplanted his desire to fly; Ryoma felt that, in the air, he was liberated, for there was nothing up there but him, leaping higher and higher into the sky that he had come to love.

Roleplay Sample: It was a beautiful day.
Ryoma smiled as he felt the wind through his hair. Unlike many Riders, who chose to practice in places where they could execute tricks and fancy stunts, Ryoma preferred the city. He could soar over rooftops, his slightly modified Air Trecks granting him the jumping ability to cover the smaller distances in the more domestic district of the town's areas. He strapped on the A-Ts, grinning as he laced them up. He skimmed his hand across the surface of the Air Trecks, smiling happily like a small child.
"Yosh!" he said eagerly. "Time...to..." he took off, taking a soaring jump off the nearby roof.
"Fly!"
He landed easily on the next roof, skating with ease across the surface to the next jump. With a happy bout of laughter he jumped, using his hands to sling his legs up and over, landing easily on the street below. He passed a few of his neighbors on the way, waving happily with a huge smile on his face. He was enjoying himself so much that he just wasn't paying attention where he was going. Before he knew it, he was in the air over a hill he wasn't prepared for.
"Woah!" With a short exclamation of surprise, Ryoma tumbled head over heels, rolling down the hill like a tire down a street. There was a sharp crack that split the air as the one of the wheels on his right A-T struck a rock, but Ryoma was too preoccupied to notice by this point. He crashed in a heap down at the end. "Ow...ow ow ow..." he moaned, rubbing his head frantically as a throbbing bump appeared. As he struggled to his feet, he noticed that the wheel that had struck the rock had a large crack running down it. He instantly froze, an expression of utmost horror spreading across his face. He stammered frantically, as if in shock at what had happened.
"W-wh-what am I g-gonna s-say to Nee-san...?"
