Shoutbox is installed!

Let's see how this one goes. A lot of improvements in this shoutbox since you have to be registered to shout, looks very nice and has a lot more control. Right now it is at the bottom of the forum, would you people like it at the top? Also, post comments and criticism if you like it or dislike it.

Well i had to open it in one window and wait, while i used the other windows to browse thru forums. Worked that way, so it might just be laggy on mine.
