Approval needed to post in announcements section now?

Is there some new system where every new post in the announcements section has to be approved by a mod first? Because it's either that or my browser screwing up royally.

I was posting my submission for the wallpaper contest, and after I refreshed the page, my post wasn't there. So I posted again (sorry), but it still wasn't there. 20 minutes later I come back- post still wasn't there- so I decide to try it again...nope. I just want to know why I can't submit my wall for the contest, because, well, deadline's today. :eek:

ur right. its not just ur computer, prolly only moderators can acces now.(my guess)...u should pm a mod

I know when I posted my I accidently posted in img tags, not thinking about how huge it was. That's the message I got. Check in the top post to see if it's there.
