You can try mangadownload.net also. It's a great manga site. (But all the licensed manga go to Private Access)
There is another good site: mangatraders.com
maybe mangavolume.com may host your manga for online reading? i dunno but i usually visit all the sites i typed for my manga d/ls.

mangaundergroundv3 also though this is pain if you feel like uploading them each week to msn groups there is a site. i guess groups.msn.com/AirGearManga/ ithink thats the name. Also suggest mangavolume.com upload your chapters. Im not sure of hte upload system but pm a manager there.

well... you download mirc from mirc.com. On the left there should be a link that says "Download Mirc". It's pretty straight forward and simple. Md(mangadownload.net) doesn't require an account verification for their channel; althought im not sure about their uploaders. Ok. To make an account
(Got this from eternal-blue.net . )
How to configure mirc (http://www.eternal-blue.net/index2.php?id=irctut1)

How to download files (http://www.eternal-blue.net/index2.php?id=irctut2)

How to serve (http://www.eternal-blue.net/index2.php?id=irctut3)

How to use Xdcc bot (http://www.eternal-blue.net/index2.php?id=irctut4)

If you still have question, I'll be glad to help you.

Oh yeah... their irc channel is in irchighway. So you select the server as irchighway (you'll find how to do this in the tutorial i gave you)
and type #md when prompted for a channel name. Well i hope you get it on your first shot.
