Overall Appearance: Being born in raised on the streets of Harajuku has made Reitsuki an odd fashionista. In fact, she may be considered down right weird to some people. But she mostly ignores the people that bother her about it. Although being in Tokyo has made her average day outfits seem more normal, and she doesn't dress up as much as she used to.
From head to toe, anyone who glances at Reitsuki will immediatley see pink. Her hair, falling a little above her shoulders, is bright pink and her eyes are a sparkling deep purple. In fact, there's at least one pink item on her everyday.
And as girly as the color pink is, Reitsuki hates high heels. She only wears them when she absolutely has to. Then again, A-Ts are usually the only thing on her feet.

Fears: Dieing at a young age. That she will be left alone in the world.
Goals: Rei simply wants to follow her road, and whatever happens, happens.
Overall Personality: Reitsuki trys to think about others over herself. She figures if they're happy, so will she. But sometimes she will act selfishly and when this rare occasion happens she'll beat herself up for it. And though she try's her hardest to protect others, sometimes it ends up falling apart.
Reitsuki is always trying to be happy. She'll go to lengths to try and get others happy, and Rei also beleives in giving someone a second chance for their mistakes; since there are things that she wish she had second chances on.
When you first meet Rei, she'll usually happily tell you her name, no matter how you look. She doesn't judge people by how they look. Another thing she won't do is jump to conclusions. But when she does know that someone is hateful, or a jerk, she won't hesitate to dislike them and speak her mind.
Other than that Rei is very outgoing. She's up for mostly anything, and she will speak her mind no matter what it is, most of the time.

Siblings: Kenji Kasuama- Reitsuki's brother- Kenji is playful and acts childish most of the time, but over all he helps Reitsuki a lot. Age 13.
Overall History: For the first five years, Reitsuki lived happily with her parents, two faces that she can barely remember. Their faces are no more than a blur to her know, and it kills her. They died on her sixth birthday, imagine being ready to open presents when you find out your parents just died. Now she has to live with the reminder that they're dead every year. She has nothing to look forward to on her birthday.
Naru, her grandfather, took her and Kenji in, and they lived peacefully outside the Harajuku district. Where Reitsuki learned all about the fashion of Harajuku, and the place where she had started to feel at home. But she knew that it couldn't last forever. A couple weeks after she had turned ten, she was jumped, and she could remember it clearly.
'"Heh, baka." The face of the stormrider sneered as they looked at the little pink girl, shaking in her clothes. Her eyes wide. "Let's go. She's got nothing." The other one said, turning the other way. They were both in costume, probably some cosplay, Rei assumed, and it was hard to make out their faces. It was midnight, and it was dark. The one through her wallet in the air and let it fall. "Sleep tight." And thats when there was a hard hit to her stomach.
After that incident, Reitsuki never wanted anything to do with A-Ts, but they moved to Tokyo. And it was full of storm riders. And the first time she tried to ride, she loved it. She just promised herself, that she would never be like the ones she met that night.

Extra: Every night at 12:00 Midnight, Reitsuki stares at the moon for a few moments.
Roleplay Sample: Reitsuki looked at the moon, the night sky glittering. And she was just a pink dot on the streets of Tokyo. She let out a sigh. She was tired, really tired. It had been mon- no years, since she had gotten a goodnight's rest. But who cares, she seemed fine. Right? Stretching upward, she started to move forward, ready to go back home. But what kind of storm rider didn't love riding at night?
Pushing forward Rei went for the side of the alleyway fence, and pushed of, moving her hips to force her to twirl in the air. Landing with a slight wobble, she moved on. She hadn't practiced, well, actually practiced in some time. It felt good to. Letting out a small yawn, Reitsuki went full speed, not to home, but to where ever her A-Ts were taking her.
