Tuner Information ×× Lilicia would, at times, be seen without a handbag, and yet, for some reason, she always has some tools prepared out of nowhere. How? Since she usually wears skirts, the variety of tools often come form underneath. With a flap of her skirt, the tools would come falling down, bits of screws and nuts would never fail to leave trails after her. To hold all these tools, Lili wears a strap from under to secure the mobility. Unlike most tuners, she tends to take her time in fixing air-trecks, and would easily get distracted if no one sets her on the bar.

Overall Appearance ×× Walking ahead is Lilicia, a foreign exchange student from Italy - she's an easy-going person, able to tell from her somewhat comfortable, laid-back posture. Unlike some people, she won't ever straighten her back to look sophisticated nor slouch her back to look sloppy. Like many people her age, however, she is in an average height - and won't be growing very much, possibly an inch or two, at most. Quite light as a feather, Lili could be carried over anyone's shoulders like a sack of potatoes. Her skin can look somewhat pale from afar, take a look closer, and she's brimming healthily. Lilicia's signature accessory are her expensive, silver headphones that are always seen hanging from her neck; these musical phones are always pumping with loud music if she isn't wearing it properly on her ears. The type of music and lyrics that she would listen to heavily announces her mood on "those" type of days. It's quite easy for her to tune out everything surrounding her.

The type of clothes the young girl wear never dramatically change - you can commonly spot her in a skirt, donned with chains that connect to a loose-fitting belt that wraps around her wasit. Oh, no, don't even think about lifting up her skirt - she wears some short shorts underneath 'em, and you'll be punched if you do dare. I mean, c' mon, she likes wearing skirts even if she is doing some athletic sports. To Lilicia, it feels easy to move in. Nah, not the tight-type of skirts, but the flowy-kinds. At times, if needed, she would use her extensive chains to lasso in anyone or anything. The shirts that Lilicia would wear are normally thin-strapped tanktops; she likes cute patterns and may be described as a "peppy punk". As much as you will, and as much as you may, accessories are the girl's thing. Buttons, chains, chokers, and belts - you name it. She doesn't overly accesorize, but you get the point. Lilicia is fond of stripes as her main patterns and would be seen advertising kinky, striped knee-length socks with her school uniform; and yes, she isn't afraid to neuter her school uniform. Somewhat colorful Lilicia's taste in clotherings are, it varies from time to time, but will show that same flavor and innocent taste. Despite the fact that she has colors in her wardrobe, Lilicia would wear neutrals depending on the days of the week (yes, she wears colors or neutrals on types of days); she'd wear gray's, black's, and white's on the weekends.

Oh? You don't see her in the wave of students? Yeah, she has silky silverish hair, I know, pretty difficult to take a gander at her since the gray usually blend in with the crowd. Oh, just don't mistake her as an ol' granny; ah, you'd get a kick out of her reaction. But hey! She has one hairstyle that'll practically fly by! Lilicia's bangs are swept to her right, cascading in layers in alignment whilst the locks of hair curtain her face a little past her shoulders in a feathery sort-of appearance - almost like two wings if blown by the wind; and from there, Lili's longer locks abruptly beings to shorten behind her ears and then elongates to the slight grop of her shoulders - again, there are strands of hair longer than others. Out of the student body, the most striking and stumping eyes of the student body is Lilicia's; the orbs of her eyes are at a gray depth with a pale blue tint as it closes in within the pupil. Speckles of white surrounds the edges and the core vibrantly. In the matter of hidden feelings, these eyes could slit into deadly-looking icicles at rare moments if she encounters the aura of pure anger, or if in a situation that requires to have a serious tension. These eyes can also fall into lifelessness, uncertainty as well - just pay real good attention, and you won't reall yneed to be a good friend of hers to know her inner disposition.

Overall Personality ×× Oh, so you want me to get right down to the personality, hm? Yeah, I understand, I already told you how she looks, but I haven't actually given the icing, yet, huh? Well, to say the least, Lilicia is a very sweet girl, kind of an optimist at times, yet really isn't the whole "happy-go-lucky" character, too. She's down-to-earth and tends to keep a few dark secrets that she will not tell; she'll consider it, but would surely hesitate. To people around the school, Lili's a clever and cool persont o hang around with, never making other people feel bad unless she is playfully joking around and they get the hint. Quite the girl, the lass would seem unapproachable with the whole "rebel" look going for her; however, the ice would easily be melted down once one would know her for her true personality traits of a social-butterfly.

Incredibly dedicated as a tuner, Lilicia will get anything fulfilled and done if it is assigned to her, she is extremely dedicated to her job, but there is a strong line that holds that commitment to a limit or an extent when it comes to consequences that bear even more important things. Choices and decisions never fail to surround her. As a "tuner", she is told to be strong and will only give answers of a related "no" or "yes", giving her some independence as a teenager. Never a "maybe" or a "I don't know" will leave her lips unless she has truly lost her way of thoughts. Usually, the girl would never complain if someone asks a favor of her, and would generously carry it out; she rarely ever gets upset and when someone would make amends, she would accept it without question. Lili never lets petty details or problems get to her. I know, I'm not actually giving you the full details on Lilicia. Please forgive me. On circumstances, there may come a time when a feud has started between a fellow adversary - when things start to get a little feisty, immediately, she'll stop the argument and admit her wrongdoings just like that. Lili detests fights to extinction, and would do anything to patch it up. You can add that she is somewhat of a pacifist - just somewhat.

Since being a tuner requires some tough and bold points, it would take a lot to scare Lilicia away if there is bloodshed or horrible events, she will gladly do what is right, following her instincts. Although she does not get the best of grades, the sixteen year-old could pull out some wild cards if she puts a little over her time into studying. Regardless, she does have some common sense, and knows between what is the best for herself and others. One thing would remain for certain - cooking is NOT her thing. If she tries to cook, you better run away - fast. A taste of her dreadul work of art, and you're done for the next week in the restroom with agonizing stomach pains. Lilicia is fully aware that her cooking sucks, hence the fact that she carries ramen cups, lollipops, chips, and basically junk food to satisfy her tummy. For a girl who has a petite figure, she tends to chow down a lot thanks to her big appetite, and would directly be a guy's best friend to eat with if given.

The junior girl has always been attracted to the nighttime for some reason. With all the drama happening in the day, the dark hours usually give her time to think and perhaps call home to speak with her lone parents. Not only because of that, the blinking night stars commonly give her a relaxed feeling whereas as if there are no cares in the world. Yet, and of course, she is fond of excitement and thrills - a real daredevil. You dare her to do something, and she won't hesitate to do something outrageous. Stubborn? Well, kind of. Lilicia tends to follow her beliefs until facts and reasons collide in an overpowering journey.

Overall History ×× Born in the beautiful surroundings in the "City of Lights", anyone who have not been to Italy would think that Lilicia lived fabulously. Ah, yes, it is true that Venice had extravagant art and quality, a taste that Lili had acquired through the years of elegant growth. She lived in a mansion that closely resembled to that of a serene, luxurious hotel; thing is, her life wasn't all that supremely well off. Although she was fortunate to have been born into a wealthy set of parents, her father was never there, always on business trips away from the city - her mother, however, was a blind woman whom would gladly hear Lilicia's daily playing of the piano - that was their connection, and they remained closer than an average mother-to-child relationship.

The young girl's whole xhildhood life was basically in the mansion, she rarely went out, she never had any real friends since she was home-schooled and had private lessons for ballet and piano. You would expect Lilicia to be an introverted person after all the shelled in events and situations that had set herself apart from the graceful society. As she grew older, curiosity from within also widened, giving her the complete dare to explore the outside world during the late night whereas everyone was sleeping. Oh, no, she didn't tell any of the adults, neither were they aware - she just simply went on ahead out of the window and climbed over the roof below her room's window, taking some green vines to land safely to the ground. The nightlife completely fascinated her, the gondola rides captivated her as romantic couples fled the moonlight scenery in a nearby lake - all was well. About three hours flew by, and she returned unscathed, completely in a different world by the imageries she had recorded into her memories. Alas, Lilicia's curiosity never ceased to lessen the gap, it only wanted to see more things.

Months later after the exploration, the now twelve year-old girl requested to go to school, where all of her peers went to. The maids and her mother were, at first, a bit hesitant to agree, but they soon granted her independent wishes, abiding her to go to school. There, Lilicia had met several potential friends and quickly obtained a natural charming recognition by teachers and students alike. She loved it. Abomination soon crashed the whole dreamlife of the girl's. The schoolhouse was torn down into flames and ashes - by who? Lilicia was soon to find out as the news report flashed on at the information. Storm-riders. How unfamiliar that term came to be to the youth's mind. Riders without any care had beer bottles with gas inside and flamable paper included in it, throwing it to a nearby tree whilst the flame widened and spreaded to other trees. One particular tree, a tall, old tree, which was caught in the midst of the flames, collided into the building, and that was how it started.

After that incident, Lilicia was then sent back into home-schooling again, unfortunately. On the contrary, she learned something new. There was a completely different world than she had imagined. A world where only she was able to feel and notice that other people could not; this world was that of a tuner's. This peculiar insight had been adopted ever since she was able to tune her grand piano and had an interest into fixing things, and she was easily able to impress the piano-tuners by the accuracy she provided with the twists of some strings in the core of the musical instrument. Yes, whether it was fixing an electronic device or not, she liked to fix things in other people's lives, sewing some broken hearts by her own hands. To be able to see a world so vivid, Lilicia's vision changed dramatically.

In the arrival of Japan, everything had already been decided. Lili's heart had always settled into wanting to learn more about tuning in this advanced country of electronics; ha, she had even prepared to speak Japanese. Her parents had got in touch with a family willing to harbor a sixteen year-old female, and that was the sweet family of the Nanahara's, a household where Lilicia would soon be living in Tokyo. More so, a little before concluding in Japan, she had received a pet kitten as a gift from her blind mother. What new adventure awaits this young lady?

Role-play Sample ××
(One of my most recent-made threads in the Sora Scans RPG)
"w ElcO me _ to _ . . .

"Excuse me?" asked the fifteen year-old boy who blinked in slight puzzlement at the old, grubby manager that had an over-load of tattoos on both arms whilst his nose was pierced; "Take the job, kid!" the deep voice of the old man bluntly proclaimed as he hunched over the unsturdy chair, easily giving Jiro the position of an employee without the need of looking over applications and such profession-things. Whap! An apron smacked the youth right at the face, and slowly fell into grips; the piece of cloth was embellished with the store's punky name and was designed with chains and skulls, giving off hints to customers that this was the new employee here: "You're starting today, get a move on, punk!"
The bi-haired boy snapped out of his useless daze when a customer poked his side curiously, mumbling a few unaudible things about advices. Of course, this new employee wasn't paying attention. Shaking his head, Jiro glanced down at the air-trecks he wore, they weren't his own air-trecks, but rather, the store's -- the manager said it was for "promoting" the store's materials and parts. It had been nearly two hours since he had gained this occupation as an employee, the store was mainly for stylish, punky riders, and well, other riders, too, if they had the guts to enter the shop's dim-lighted, metal and black-themed walls, and somewhat unapproachable employees such as Jiro. Yet, the lad had the most clients compared to the other taller and strongly punked-up employees; you could say that Jiro was more of the "innocent" and cutely attractive of the ferocious-looking flock - on the negative contrary, he was not as helpful, due to the fact he barely even knew how to navigate around and had less experience.

The teenager lifted his eyes away from his current air-trecks and blankly gaped at the stumbling customer, waiting for her to get to the point by now; all was worth it for employee-discounts, even though the minimum-wage for part-time workers was not as a good bait. Luckily, there was no need to give smiles, just being assertive and helpful was enough, is what the manager had advised; and if it was a pure girl that needed some help, the males of the store had to make some suave, appealing moves to lure her to buy something, even if it was a crappy part for A-T's, whilst the female employees did the same to male clients. That was just how things worked, and the quota was not in Jiro's name; that is, he refused to "flirt" with the unknowing, delicate lambs. Crud, the nervous girl beside him wouldn't shut up, she soon began to talk about her "problems", and her "dog", and... and - things were getting too awkward. "Ano," mumbled the fifteen year old ,"if you need anything, please ask someone else." How he spoke may come off a little blunt, but surely, it would give a small hint that Jiro was not a counselor that would listen. Pointing to the area he would be exhibiting, the young 'un shortly bowed to the slightly older girl whom was somewhat surprised and hurt, and waltzed away in bitter relief, one hand brushing his two-colored bangs back.

"W-Wait! D-D-Don't t-tell me y-y-you're b-b-b-breaking up w-with me a-already!" sobbed the unusual girl, tears welling up her eyes as she took a hesitant step forward to follow the confused Jiro; ah, so these were the so-called emotional "problems" she had ,"I-Is that it? Y-Y-You're seeing s-s-someone e-else?" she painfully cried, holding her wrists together tightly and faced her head down, simply bewildering Jiro with questions and the employees who wore smirks and said "Ooo's" at the fallen situation that beheld them. The long-haired girl didn't mean him, right? Jiro shifted his eyes from side to side, he was the only male in the corner, so it had to be him. This reminded him of that other day when he was accused of being a strawberry-thief; misunderstandings were always hitting him from unpredictable areas, unfortunately.

Without any option to ignore the sad, problematic girl, Jiro had to dully face the problem head-on ,"Look, miss, I don't even know you." he said in a cold, matter-of-fact tone and crossed his arms, waiting for the female to run off in tears or for another store-employee to consult her. Jiro wasn't good at breaking news slowly, and was unable to cure sadness, all he was able to do was make it worst because of his un-budging exterior and blunt honesty. His gray eyes narrowed sharply when the folks' started to yell at Jiro to "make-up" with the sorrowful female, since when was it their business; they seemingly took the girl's side on this one. Not good, a sudden tension built in the punk-ish air, and many of the customers that walked in peered at the two, whispering to each other to create a juicy gossip that may promote the store, this should bode well with the manager... not. Creating a dramatic scene would definitely provoke some unwanted questions from the old leader of the store; what sucked was that nobody would believe him in this current state. Plus, did he seem the type to go playing around with girls?

Silence went awry, and the girl couldn't take it anymore, speaking in continuous hiccups: "We're through! I can't stand you any more!" With that, the heart-broken customer darted out of the store, red-eyed from the unstoppable tears. Honestly, this random event made Jiro wonder if this would occur often to him; after all, it had been just two hours since he started working in this weekend afternoon-shift. The bi-haired boy glanced at the door the unfamiliar female had left and shrugged his shoulders - again, he had no business with her; so why should he chase after her? Whoa, "chase after her"? Where did that come from? Oh, wait, she had left her purse on the floor and some used tissues. Jiro wouldn't chase after customers for the corny, cheesy reasons of confiding in them, nor would he find the worth to return forgotten items.

Boy, what a way to start a first day, huh? As much as Jiro would not like to pick up the purse as much as the icky boogered-tissues, someone had to do it. He glanced at all the workers who stared at him and quickly minded their own business, knowing that Jiro was trying to give off a hint for them to clean-up the mess. Sighing deeply at the miscommunication, the fifteen year-old strolled over to the case of evidence and bent his knees, picking the crumbled tissues with his fore-thumb and middle finger while he grabbed the designer purse with his free hand. Jiro headed to the center counter and leaned over it, dropping the tissues into the trash-bin, and gladly pressed the purse against the clerk ,"Keep it for now, she'll come back for it." he was confident that the previous, eventful girl who left her purse would come pick it up eventually if she stopped moping in her pool of tears. Everyone would. I mean, they would if a purse contained money and personal items.

Jiro pulled away from the counter and carelessly wiped his unwashed hands onto his gray-colored apron that had a black skull imprinted on the side and an imprinted skeleton hand near the corner. He turned around, letting his back press against the counter edge and departed from the sector to continue to skate around for any misplaced parts or some unknowledgeable customers who were in search for a person to ask. Somehow, the young boy had a feeling this day wasn't going to go by fast, but rather, much slow to his stone-hearted dismay. Hm, oh well, better make the most of it before everything starts to fall.
