Has anyone here seen the Musical Air gear? I've just watched it and found it great although I cannot understand a thing they say.

you can see it on youtube...but i wouldn't suggest it. i almost died from laughing at the pathetic attempt at using roller blades and going around circles around the stage.

I watched up to part seven on YouTube, I never got to finish it for some reason. <,<''
But, yesh, I expected for them to have some good A-T action instead of some wobbly kicks here and there (but I am assuming it is hard to fight in rollerblades? ^^''), but they aren't bad singers. XDDD It would be nice if they had Simca, Ringo, or a female in it. It would probably add a little flair. Overall, I think it's pretty good and very cute to see our favorite "Air Gear" male leads have some real people acting 'em out.

(I wish someone could sub it, though. >,>'' That way I could also understand the situation [even though the pretty pictures are enough, but still]...)

Haha, I was quite happy to see that those three (Itsuki, Spitfire & Kazu's actors) also do the original Japanese dub of Air Gear, too. It's kind of... ironic, really, but neat. XD Eh. Yeah. <,<''

LOL! That's true. So very true. XD Un-Spitfire-like at all (I guess), but there are some people who actually prefer this 40 year-old Spitfire over the anime & manga Spitfire, oddly. x] Kind of funny, yet he's hilarious in the musical.
His singing wasn't all that bad, I was surprised that Spitfire's voice was that deep, though. <,<''

Hoho, so many of you have seen it too. But it seems that it's not as appealing to some of you as it is to me. I think it's the best musical I've ever seen. Much better than Prince of tennis musical, in my opinion.

That's predictable that not many of you like it, because I think most of you are guys (am I correct? Keke, Air gear seems to attract more guys than gals). What attracts me the most is that there are so many cool boys in the cast. They look good. They sing well. Their costumes are eye-catching too.

I like Kazu, and Ikki (well,what I mean here is I like Kenn and Kenken, the actors). They are both cute, and Ikki acts well, especially the angst parts. They do not sing very well though. Spitfire, though a bit too old (36 years old), does. He has a good singing voice, so wide and warm and deep.

But, none of you have ever said anything about the Bacchus team. Don't you like them? I found them really funny. And I like their songs too.

Heh, sorry I rant too much. It's been a really long time since I went on rambling like this. Please bear with me this time :D

Haha, about the "Team Bacchus", I really liked Puck. XDDD He's really something in that 'hair salon' scene, ne? His actor played the character well with all those crazy antics. <3 (THEIR UNIFORMS ARE SO... FANCY & COOL!) Yush, I also liked Kogarasumaru's team uniform (the material & how it looked), but I guess they didn't sing very well (except for Kazu & Onigiri's actors) since they had to go running around the stage and dance a bit. x]

XD comparing it to TeniMyu is just unfair to it, though. TeniMyu... dear god, none of them can sing, most of them can't dance, the danceoffs with tennis rackets are scary and the best thing in it is Hiroki Aiba's hip wiggles.

AGMyu on the other hand.... they can all sing at least decently, some of them are quite good. The actors all fit their parts ecept for skinny-Onigiri, whose voice makes up for it in my opinion. And while the musical is short, the original team is adorable and.. and... maybe I just like the fruitiness of it a little too much?

the Bleach Musical was really cool, but with Air Gear using roller blades and all, that must be harder to perform live..

some of the moves they do in AG-myu must be REALLY HARD. There's a couple of times where I winced expecting someone to get really hurt. D=

Oh, and really about the voices... KENN has a lovely one, I think. XD It's Spitfire's that makes me wince sometimes, but I'm weird I guess? I judge voices the same way my voice coaches do. Hahah. Kaji-san though also has a very sweet-toned voice. And Kousuke and Ryuji aren't bad. Yuya isn't a great singer but his BODY makes up for it. I really wish he had an idol DVD like KenKen's. XDDD Though KenKen's grosses you out at the beginning with eating bugs and then proceeds to be an hour of him rolling aorund half-naked in various settings. But ya know. XD;; Idol DVD and all.

Just hate the Musical... I felt silly seeing the musical. Rollerblades that moves using inertia and with microphones to emit the sound of the AT.

lol i agree, some manga/animes are just not meant to be put into live action movies
