Overall Personality: People usually call him lazy, but it is just that he doesn't care. He doesn’t feel inspired to actually put effort in his work. He tries to put in the effort, but he just isn’t able to because he doesn’t see how the work will help him in the future.
He is also inexplicably smart, even though he doesn’t do much of his school work. Because of that he excels at most of the things he does. He is capable of doing work 2 grade levels higher then he is currently, but because he doesn’t do his work, he is unable to be transferred up. The only way he is noticed, is through school tests, which he always scores near perfect on.
Just to simplify things, he is an outcast because of both of those reasons. People get jealous of him very easily. He figures that A-T, like track and field, will be one thing that will actually challenge him enough

Overall History: As they were unable to provide for him, he was four years old when his birth parents abandoned him. He was then put into an orphanage for a year and then adopted. His parents were very controlling, trying to make him the model child. He consistently refused to follow along and at the age of nine, they gave up on it, just giving him normal rules. They still cared for him deeply, so would get him anything when he needed it. And at the age of the 12, he learned about A-Ts. It was also one of the few things that genuinely interested him. And it also happened to be the only thing his parents refused to get him. He decided to actually work for it and in a few months made enough money through part-time jobs to buy the A-Ts.

Roleplay Sample: The days are just boring as usual. All I do is wait until the next day when school ends for my true daily challenges. Track and field and tennis, the only after-school activities that actually interested me. The work required to put into them is exhilarating. Tennis because the skills of your opponent are never going to be the same as the last, and track and field because of the feeling of adrenaline pumping through you, making you feel as if you can do anything. Then the last thing I do, A-T. It is such a fun thing to do, yet inexplicable, at least for me.

Overall Appearance:
Since his last time riding an AT, Roen has grown. He is no longer the short little kid that walked with a look of indifference. He has grown into a man able to stand tall and straight, pride in his movements, a look of manliness to him. With his blank look gone, it has been replaced with the look of a genuine teenager, a kid able to smile from cheekbone to cheekbone. While his red eyes are a bit more on the intimidating side, he counteracts it by giving off a feeling of openness and confidence.

He keeps his hair the same as he did back then, reaching his neck at the back. He pretty much dresses the same as well while out of school, a lot of graphic tees, band tees, jackets, and jeans. He has grown taller and has developed very good musculature. He is not too big but the work he has put into his body is evident. Something which he still keeps with him, and will wear every now and then is the old Totezeit uniform. It is well taken care of, but sadly he was never able to fix the clock ever since he first broke it. The spandex gauntlet is completely black, with no speck of dust or dirt on it, and the skull watch shines, polished until it could not be any cleaner.

Fears:
Roen has a huge irrational fear of bees. He has a big fear of not knowing what he can do, or being clueless in a situation. Since training himself to be able to think fast, this fear has subsided a little yet it remains present. He cannot fathom the idea of being so useless in a situation that it would be better off if he was not there. He is truly afraid of something happening like that.

Goals:
Roen wants to get back into AT and rise to the top like he tried in the past. He does not have any specific ideas for a career but does wish to eventually get into college. For now, he wants to rise up in the world as an AT rider along with Totezeit if the team takes him back. As a rider of the Gaia Road, he wishes to one day become the Gem King, and will become stronger to make that become a reality.

Overall Personality:
Roen is a dedicated person. He strives to never return to what he used to be because once he had a taste of his current life, he could not stop. He is a bit of an introverted person, being both within and an outside of the crowd. He enjoys his time in there but all the while he is looking inwards, criticizing him for giving up such a great part of his life just for this. He detests himself for giving up AT and wants to return to it.

At the base of his personality, he is a fun loving person who enjoys putting work into things that interest him. He can be seen amongst a group of friends outside and inside school laughing, playing around, and smiling. Roen cares for his friends and will do what he can to help them out, an unmovable wall that will not be broken. He is very smart and has good observational skills. As an AT rider, he follows the philosophy of the Gaia road. The way to ride is to stop others in their tracks. Make them look up at you as you go on past them.

He loves playing video games and hanging with his new friends. He is relatively social and is generally good with many different types of people.

Overall History:
Roen was born in Aiiku Hospital in Tokyo to a Japanese-English Couple. However soon after birth, he was given up for adoption. He was eventually adopted by Kaito and Akiko Mori, a couple who lost their own son due to complications. In the end they had decided to adopt to replace their young son and had picked up Roen. They raised him well, treating him as if he was their own son by birth.

His parents wanted nothing but the best for their precious son. They had him under a strict schedule, trying to make him into a perfect son, and student. They encouraged him to do many sports until he found one that he really enjoyed. He ended up taking a liking for tennis the most, but was forced to join the track and field team as well. His parents also enrolled him in a lot of tutoring so his childhood was busy. He stuck through all of this for a long time but eventually, with all the perfection being forced upon him, he just stopped. He had thrown up a barrier of indifference and uncaring to keep them off his back all the time.

Realizing their mistake, his parents had backed off, giving him room to do what he had wanted, not choose it for him. Roen had taken control of his life, more or less. Nonetheless, he stuck with a lot of what his parents were putting on him from the beginning. Not because they wanted it, but because he had no idea what else he could do. He was only a child.

It was a wonder it took this long for him to find out about ATs but he only did a few days before his thirteenth birthday. The beauty of the girl flying through the air, jumping, wall riding, anything. It was more then he could stand. He needed to get into that world on his own. He worked, long and hard, to be able to buy his own pair. Buy it he did. These things were much harder to ride then it looked. But he wasn’t alone. He finally started meeting other people who were in similar situations as he. All were the same with these ATs, just people trying to fly.

It wasn’t till one fateful day, at an old hanger at the airport that he met the people who would change his life. Masaru Akia and Shiozaki Marufuji. Together the three formed the soon to rise great team, Totezeit. The team got stronger fast, but Roen easily felt that he was slowing them down, he wasn’t improving at the same pace they were, skill wise. After a few parts wars wins and having to find a new territory for the team, they had left him in the dust. Out of disappointment, he quit the team, and AT all together.

After a brief trip to England to visit his birth parents, and get to know them, he has come back to Tokyo, with an English accent in tow.

The loose floorboard creaked under his step, a place he hadn’t been near in a while. Roen got on his knees just above it, lifting the board, a dark box underneath. “Oh wow…” The box brought back memories. The things inside of it had helped him out in the past, and were responsible for bringing him to where he was now.

Getting himself off the ground, he hooked the box under his arm, and walked over to his desk. It was heavy, but not in the physical sense. He had been through so much with this. Was this a sign? To finally head back to a world he had long abandoned?

His old ATs… He traced over the lightning design, remembering his first time buying riding them. He had fallen. A lot.

It was decided. “I’m coming back…” He smiled, he knew this was gunna be the time he was waiting for, the time where he would reach the top.
